About Dr. Rubinstein
Dr. Nadya Assaf Rubinstein, ND grew up in Southern California, attending Mount Saint Mary’s College where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Biology and minor in chemistry. She completed her Master’s in Human Development, specializing in Lactation Consulting from Pacific Oaks College. From there she attended Bastyr University where she received her doctoral degree in Naturopathic Medicine in 2009 and a certificate in Midwifery in 2012.
Prior to becoming a Naturopathic Physician, she practiced as a massage therapist. Dr. Rubinstein has been practicing naturopathic medicine for 14 years, working with preventative health, women and children.
She is a published writer, teacher and mentor.

Dr. Rubinstein is happily married with three beautiful children. She enjoys gardening, spinning yarn, and traveling.
